Gozo Sunset Stay

Exclusive Use·Sleeps 8·4 Suites·Private Pool

Not every Gozitan farmhouse earns the slow afternoon it promises. We’ve spent years on this island finding the ones that truly do. Why Għajn Damma?

  • Yours alone - the entire farmhouse, every terrace, every suite, every evening on the cliff edge. Never shared.

  • A private pool perched above the Marsalforn Valley, where the day ends in slow gold across the terraced fields.

  • Walking distance from 5,800-year-old temples; a short drive from red-sand bays, sea caves, and quiet seaside taverns.

The Island

Slow days,long light.

Smaller than its sister Malta and slower in every way that matters. Gozo is honey-coloured stone, low walls of prickly pear, the rumble of fishing boats at dawn, and salt air that finds you wherever you stand.

Inspirations

The Inland Sea at Dwejra, Gozo

Dwejra

Where the Sea Meets the Stone

A natural amphitheatre carved by millennia of wave and wind. Slip through the cliff tunnel by boat and the open sea unfurls in glassy turquoise - a short drive from your front door.

Fishing boat at Marsalforn harbour

Marsalforn

Where the Mediterranean Slows

Fishing luzzus knock against the quay, nets dry on warm stone, and at dusk the seafront tavernas fill with the smell of grilled lampuki. The pace is unhurried - and the afternoons, kindly long.

Paddleboarding at sunset in Marsalforn Bay

Marsalforn Bay

Where the Day Ends in Slow Gold

Paddle out as the sun lowers and the cliffs turn copper. Sit a while on glassy water, watch the island silhouette darken, and feel - for once - that the day has earned its end.

Kayaking through a sea cave at Wied il-Għasri

Wied il-Għasri

A Cathedral Carved by the Sea

A slim ribbon of cliff opens to a hidden cove where caves have been worn smooth by centuries of swell. Snorkel its still chambers, or kayak through at first light.

Our Story

An island we fell for,and a house we built around it.

Our affair with Gozo began long before lockdown - in the quiet lanes of Xagħra, the warm gold of its limestone, the way the light pools across the valley each evening.

When the world paused, we kept returning in photographs and memory. Then, one summer, we stopped going home. We restored this farmhouse stone by stone, kept everything original that could be saved, and added every modern comfort that couldn’t be lived without.

The result is a house that sleeps eight, feels like one, and belongs entirely to whoever is staying that week.
